REFUND POLICY

Revelry Global sells event tickets through third-party platforms. Tickets are sold through Checkout Page, with payments processed securely by Stripe. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how refund requests are handled.

1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Inability to attend the event
    • Late arrival
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Travel disruptions
    • Incorrect ticket selection or purchase errors made by the customer

2. Event Cancellations or Material Changes

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Revelry Global may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method or
  • Provide a credit or replacement ticket

If an event is rescheduled or undergoes a material change (e.g., date, location, or a lineup change), tickets will generally remain valid for the revised event. Any refund options, where applicable, will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

3. Technical Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate transactions or system errors), please contact us promptly (see below for support). Verified errors may be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting:

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Reason for the request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event cancellation or charge date, where applicable.

5. Payment Processing

  • Checkout is provided via Checkout Page
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed immediately once approved but may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

Revelry Global does not control bank or card issuer processing times.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or future purchase limitations.

7. Third-Party Checkout Platforms

Checkout functionality may be provided by third-party platforms. Their terms govern the technical use of the checkout service, but this Refund Policy governs your ticket purchase from Revelry Global.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) period does not apply to contracts for leisure activities, including event tickets, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
